Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Bonnie L. Herron is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Intelligent Systems Corporation. Ms. Herron is also Director of the Intelligent Systems Incubator, responsible for the operations, programs and promotion of the technology business incubator.

Ms. Herron sits on the board of directors of the National Business Incubation Association, Technology Association of Georgia, Advisory Council of Georgia’s Intellectual Capital Partnership Program, and the American Electronics Association (Southeast chapter). She is also co-chair of the Growth Capital Special Interest Group and sits on the board of directors of several of the Company’s private ventures.

Prior to her present position, Ms. Herron was the General Manager of Datavue Corporation, Director of Planning at Quadram Corporation and Director of Planning at Intelligent Systems Corporation.

Ms. Herron spent 10 years as a Director of Athletics at several secondary schools in Ontario, Canada.
