VISaer to Provide M&E Software For Denim Air

Wilmington, MA, USA, April 30, 2003 – VISaer, Inc. announced today that Netherlands based Denim Air will implement the VISaer software as its enterprise solution for the maintenance & engineering areas of its business. VISaer believes that the successful implementation of VISaer at Denim Air will give an excellent opportunity for growth in the strategic sector in which Denim Air operates.

Denim Air carried out a detailed evaluation exercise of all leading M&E business systems and eventually selected the web-based VISaer system to handle all of its maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and technical records.

The VISaer M&E system offers Denim Air fully integrated and easy web-based access to critical, accurate and current maintenance information, all of which are essential for effective decision making in the dynamic environment of commercial aviation. Denim Air plans to take advantage of the extensive VISaer functionality with a rapid implementation of Engineering, SBs & ADs, Aircraft Inventory, Forecasting Materials & Maintenance Planning & Line maintenance.

The Denim Air Group operates a fleet of Fokker 50 and Dash 8-Q315 consisting of 15 aircraft and is growing rapidly. Regional jet (Fokker 70) aircraft are expected to enter the fleet in the end of 2003.

Today Denim Air serves more than 30 scheduled and ad hoc destinations within Europe on behalf of several airlines including Air Nostrum / Iberia, KLM Exel, and Aer Arann Express.

Denim Air was founded in 1996 and specialized on the wet and dry lease markets in 1997. The fleet has since then expanded from 1 to 15 aircraft and Denim Air has been profitable ever since. Regional jet aircraft are expected to enter the fleet in 2003.
