Successful VISaer ‘Go-Live’ at Denim Air

Wilmington, MA, USA, March 10, 2004 – VISaer, Inc. announced today the successful ‘Go-Live’ of its web-based Maintenance and Engineering software solution at Denim Air in The Netherlands.
The 100% web native VISaer system will provide Denim Air with fully integrated, easy web-based access to critical, accurate and current maintenance information, which is essential for effective decision making in the dynamic environment of commercial aviation.

Continuing its strong growth pattern, Denim Air expects a sizeable expansion in 2004 and the timely go-live of the VISaer system, is an integral part of its expansion preparations.

Mr. Erik de Wild, CFO, Denim Air said, "The integration went very smoothly, and we are very pleased with the support from VISaer in getting this project done in a timely and cost-efficient manner."

Mr. Stephen Tither, VISaer Project Manager, explains, “The first phase of the project was to replace Denim’s legacy Technical Records system. The biggest challenge was the conversion of a flat database of technical records into a highly structured and integrated system that provided much needed functionality.

Key VISaer functionality is the ability to have interchangeable and configurable relationships by Fleet and Aircraft. Denim Air and VISaer worked closely in the definition of the fleet configuration providing a sound foundation stone on which all subsequent aircraft technical records will be based. Denim Air has the first aircraft up and running and is planning to install the full fleet at a rate of two aircraft per week. Phase II will concentrate on Logistics and is scheduled to start later this year”.

Mr. David Spellman, President & COO, VISaer said “This is an exciting and ground breaking achievement at VISaer. Denim Air is the first of many clients to go-live on the web version of the VISaer solution – An industry first, we believe. We are extremely pleased with the smooth running of the implementation project and the professional level of cooperation received from the team at Denim Air. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with the Denim Air Group”.
