Intelligent Systems Schedules Third Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

Norcross GA – November 9, 2009 - Intelligent Systems Corporation [NYSE Amex: INS] intends to hold an investor conference call on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 10 A.M. Eastern Time in conjunction with the Company’s quarterly earnings release.  The Company intends to issue a press release with the financial results of the third quarter and year-to-date periods ended September 30, 2009 before the market opens on November 12, 2009.
