CoreCard Software, Inc is a spin-off of payment processing software leader PaySys. The company has completed the transition from a research and development organization to a premier provider of robust, scalable, fault-tolerant and easy-to-use card management systems. The company's software provides accounts receivable businesses, banks, credit unions and retailers with card solutions that maximize credit card and loan account management business processes, improve customer retention, lower operating costs and create greater market differentiation.

Since January 2002, we have consolidated the results of CoreCard Software and currently own approximately 92% of the company.
