Intelligent Enclosures Corporation (www.dawtech.com)  provides high-performance process control solutions for semiconductor and micro-electronics manufacturing. Its innovative air flow management technologies and enclosures provide Total Process Control^TM of environmental conditions necessary for process stability and contamination control.

Intelligent Enclosures is a former Intelligent Systems Incubator company and subsidiary.  We provided IE with growth capital, facility and infrastructure support, human resources and management assistance. The Intelligent Enclosures business was acquired by Daw Technologies in 1998 and now operates as a subsidiary of Daw.  As a result of the acquisition by Daw,  Intelligent Systems received 645,462 shares of common stock of Daw, of which a small number have been sold.  Daw was recently delisted from NASDAQ.
